电力市场中的转运合作及利益分配

电力市场化使电力交易活动更加频繁,也突出了电网在电力市场中的核心地位,提借转运是电力市场中电网的一项基本功能。利用电网执行输电功能的多个转运业务可以联合起来,形成一个更大的转运业务,从而减少转运费用,从中获利。本文提出了电力市场中转运业务合作的数学模型及转运合作获利分配方法。研究结果表明,采用该数学模型及利益分配方法,可以为转运业务合作各方带来更大利益。

Transfer Cooperation and Profit Allocation in Electric Market

More frequent electric trade activity appears because of electric marketization, which outstands the core rold of power system in the electric market. Thus providing transfer is a basic function of power system in the electric market. Taking advantage of executing transfer fimction, many transfer business can be put together to form a bigger one, so that transfer coast can be reduced and more profit is made from it. Math model for transfer business cooperation in the electric market and profit all ocation mode for it is proposed in this paper. The research shows that this math model and profit allocation can bring even more bentfit to all sides related with transfer business cooperation.
