摘    要:架空线路大规模倒塔断线故障是冰灾天气下电网基础设施受损的主要方面,对其进行可靠性建模与风险评估是制定电网除冰策略、布置电网安全防御系统的重要依据.针对冰灾天气下架空线路的群发性倒塔断线问题,建立了架空线路冰风荷载停运风险的可靠性模型.根据冰灾天气下外部气象信息的恶劣程度,评估电网运行可靠性,及时给出电网的运行风险测度与倒塔断线的经济损失.

Abstract:During ice storms, large-scale towers collapse and lines breakage are the main damage of transmission grid, and load relia- bility modeling and risk evaluation are the basis for making de-icing strategy and deploying security defense system. Aiming at the problem of large-scale towers collapse and lines breakage in ice storms, a wind and ice loading reliability model of transmission line is built. Reliability assessment of power grid is performed, according to the meteorological information during ice storms. Risk measure- ment and economic losses of towers collapse and lines breakage may be obtained timely. Thus engineering investment and the economic cost for the security defense measures all based on the reliability value of power grid.
