未来国内电网调度与控制模式展望

摘    要:电网调度和控制模式的演变是一个长期的历史过程,受到许多技术因素的驱动。分布式发电、清洁能源、储能和新材料技术的突破和广泛应用,对未来电网的调控模式提出了新的要求。从目前的电网科技发展可预测出,在储能、微电网、需求侧响应等技术支持下,未来含高比例清洁能源的电网将形成"集中协调、局部自治"的广域协同运行体系架构,其通过调动发电侧和需求侧共同参与,形成输电网、配电网、微网能量管理系统的互动调控。

P rospects on Future China P ower Grid Dispatching and Control Mode
Abstract:The evolution of power grid dispatching and control mode is a long historical process which is driven by many technological factors. The development and application of these factors such as distributed generation, clean energy, energy storage and new materi?als set forth more requirements in the future. From the technologies and their development, it can be predicted that the future power grid is formed a “centralized coordination, local autonomy” mode with energy storage, micro?grids, demand response and other key technological support, forming a transmission network, distribution network, micro?grids interactive dispatching and control system.
