| Abstract: | With the aboard offshore wind power steps into scale application stage, China starts its offshore wind farm construction. This paper introduces the status, the technology and its investments of the world offshore wind farm. Based on that, some problems about the national offshore wind power development are analyzed , and their measurements are also presented. |
