| 摘 要： | 基于IEC 61850标准的变电站自动化系统通信网络不仅需要基于标准中特殊通信服务映射所规范的网络技术,而且网络设备和数据信息的建模需要利用面向对象技术,遵循标准中提供的模型,并通过一致性测试的检验,使设备具有互操作性,实现数据的共享。文章介绍了IEC 61850——变电站通信网络和系统系列国际标准的制定背景,分析了标准的内容和主要特点,总结了IEC 61850标准与现有其它电力系统通信协议的关系与区别,提出了以IEC61850为基础的电力系统无缝通信体系结构。
