极端风力条件下铁塔拉线组件的受力分析

摘    要:2009年6月14日,受强对流天气影响,江苏某500kV线路发生84~87号铁塔倾倒,88号塔头严重受损,89号挂线支架严重受损。事件的起因是86号塔4号拉线组件在飑风作用下脱离了拉线基础连接件,造成铁塔拉线间拉力不均,铁塔失稳后倾倒。通过对失效的4号拉线地锚环在极端风力条件下铁塔拉线组件的受力分析,指出单次极端风力不足以造成拉线组件受损,但长期的交变荷载会造成金属疲劳损伤,并在极端风力情况下突发失效。建议对该线路金属部件加强原材料质量检验和线路建设用材监督,开展寿命评估工作,以免类似事故发生。
