某型发电机轴承异响故障分析

摘    要:针对某型发电机在样机型式试验过程中出现的轴承异响问题,通过多次试验对比分析,确定轴承选型尺寸过大、轴承游隙过大而导致的轴承刚度过小是根本原因。计算并绘制轴承刚度与工作游隙的关系曲线,分析两者之间的关联,找到了轴承降低噪音,消除异响所需的理想工作游隙,对轴承的配置选型具有重要的工程指导意义。现通过对其在设计、制造、使用中的状况的收集、整理、分析,发现仍有改进空间可挖。

Abstract:For the abnormal noise of a type of generator in prototype type test,it is determined based on comparative analysis of multiple tests that too small bearing stiffness caused by overlarge size and clearance of the selected bearing is the root cause.Through calculating and drawing the relationship curve between bearing stiffness and working clearance and analyzing their relevance,the ideal working clearance required by reducing bearing noise and eliminating abnormal noise is found out.It has important engineering guiding significance for bearing assembly and choice.
