奇偶数槽对永磁无刷直流电机性能的影响

摘    要:介绍了永磁无刷直流电机设计过程中绕组形式的确定,并利用Maxwell2D有限元软件建立电机模型进行处理,从而集中分析了电枢奇偶数槽Z的不同对永磁无刷直流电机性能的影响。结果表明,Z为奇数的Z/p会产生不平衡径向磁拉力,不利于电机的整体性能。

Abstract:This paper introduces how to determine windings type of PM brushless DC mo- tor in design process. Based on modeling and handling of motor by Maxwell2D finite element software, the influence of odd and even number of slots on performance of the motor is inten- sively analyzed. The results show that Z/p will produce the unbalanced radial magnetic pull for the odd number of Z, so it is not good for overall performance of the motor.
