异步牵引电机的温度场分析

摘    要:建立了三相异步牵引电机温度场分析的有限元模型,分析了电机的发热热源、定子线圈等效导热系数、强迫通风冷却条件下通风沟内和气隙内气流的散热系数.用有限元分析软件Ansoft对异步牵引电机的温度场进行了仿真,给出了空载和额定负载条件下包括定、转子在内的电机整体的温度场分布图,列举了一些特殊位置点的温度,并对仿真结果进行了比较和分析.

Abstract:The model of a three-phase asynchronous traction motor is established by finite element analysis of temperature field.The heat resource of the motor,the equivalent coefficient of heat conductivity for stator coil,and the coefficient of heat radiation in the air channels and air gap at the forced ventilation condition are analyzed.In application of Ansoft(finite element analysis software),the temperature field of this motor is simulated,then the distribution drawings of this motor(including stator and rotor) under no-load and full-load operation are presented.The temperature of some particular points is listed,and the simulation result is compared and analyzed.
