摘    要:针对首阳山电厂3号炉结渣问题进行分析,并提出多项解决方案。现场改造结果表明,实验优化配风、改善配煤、在燃烧器内壁加装导流板减小炉内切圆等综合措施,有效解决了首阳山电厂3号炉的结渣问题,为解决大型电站锅炉结渣问题提供了一条行之有效的途径。

Abstract:The causes for slagging of No.3boiler in Shouyangshan Power Plant were analyzed and the synthetic solving schemes such as optimizing air distribution,improving coal distribution and retrofitting burners by adding guide-plate to diminish tangential circle of boiler were proposed.The on-site operation result shows that the retrofitting project has effectively solved the slagging prob-lem of No.3boiler in Shouyangshan Power Plant ,which provides an effective way to settle slagging problem of boiler in large scale power plant.
