摘    要:南方电网经济发展和能源分布不平衡,具有较强的优势互补条件,应积极推进南方电网“西电东送”,实现电力资源更大范围内优化配置。进一步提高西电东送输电能力是提高电网运行安全性、加大西电东送规模及满足供电需求的需要。要从电源布局、开机方式、电网结构、直流调制、新技术应用等方面,研究提高电网输电能力的措施,充分挖掘电网送电潜力,达到提高电网经济效益的目的。

Abstract:The unbalance of energy resource locations and energy consuming districts in the south of China reveals the relatively strong superiority supplementary condition, "west-to-east" power transmission of southern power grid should be positively pushed, which will promote the realization of the optimal distribution of electric power resources in a larger scope. It requires further enhancement of power transmission capability to improve security and stability of power grid operation and increase power dealing of "west-to-east" power transmission. Enhancement of power transmission capability was studied in many respects to improve flexibility of power grid dispatching and operation, such as power plant layout, generating scheme, power grid configuration, modulation of DC, application of new electric power technology.
