| 摘 要： | 地区电网应结合本地区的电源特性和网架结构制定实用的黑启动方案。以广州中南部电网为背景,基于大量的调查研究,对黑启动电源及路径的选择进行详细研究,并对黑启动过程中的过电压、励磁涌流等问题进行了计算校核。研究表明,黑启动电源应首选有自启动能力的燃气机组,应降低黑启动电源的机端电压以保证空载线路、主变压器合闸不过电压,提高厂用电以减小励磁涌流的影响。所制定的黑启动方案作为"亚运保供电方案"的重要部分已在实际运行中得到应用。
