摘    要:对国际上交流特高压输电线路电磁环境研究成果及其对生态影响的研究进行了综述,并结合我国国情,提出了我国1000kV级交流输电线路工频电场、工频磁场和可听噪声的限值建议。就1000kV级交流输电示范工程对生态环境的影响进行了评估。研究结果表明:工频电场、工频磁场和可听噪声对生物有确定有害影响的阈值远高于输电线路有关量的限值;采用文中建议的限值控制1000kV级交流输电线路的电磁环境,不会对生态环境产生不利影响。

Abstract:The research achievements of electromagnetism environment of UHV AC power transmission line and its effect on ecology were summarized on the world, and combined with the national conditions in China, the limited value suggestions of power frequency electric field, power frequency magnetic field and audible noises for 1 000 kV UHV AC power transmission line in China were put forward. On this foundation, the influence of 1 000 kV UHV AC power transmission demonstrating project on ecological environment was evaluated. The research results show that the threshold values of power frequency electric field, power frequency magnetic field and audible noises with harmful influence on biology are higher than the relevant limited values of power transmission line; the limited value control suggested by this paper for electromagnetism environment of 1 000 kV UHV AC power transmission line will not produce the disadvantages for ecological environment.
