摘    要:在单元机组机理性数学模型的基础上,设计了一种增量式状态观测器,提出基于状态观测器的状态反馈与常规PID控制相结合的新型控制方法。采用状态反馈控制克服锅炉的时滞与惯性,提高机组负荷适应能力,应用PID控制保证控制系统的稳态指标。该算法还具有在分散控制系统中易于实现的优点。该控制方案在一台300MW单元机组中的实际应用效果表明:采用基于增量式状态观测器的状态反馈控制,可有效克服锅炉的时滞与惯性,同时还由于其减缓了模型失配的程度,因而可克服非线性、参数慢时变等不确定性因素的影响,特别是当机组负荷发生较大变化时,本方案更显示出其优良的控制性能。

Abstract:Based on the mechanism mathematical model of generating unit, a type of incremental mode state Observer was designed. This paper proposes a new type control method in which the state feedback based on state observer is combined with conventional PID control. The great inertia and time lag can be overcome and the load adaptabillty can he improved by using the state feedback,and the steady state index of control system is ensured by using PID control. Moreover, this algorithm can be easily applied in DCS system. The practical application effect in one 300 MW unit shows that the great inertia and time lag of boiler can be overcome effectively by adopting the state feedback control based on the incremental mode state observer. Also, as a result of mitigation of model mismatching degree, the impact of uncertainty factors such as non-linear,slow varying Of parameters etc.can be overcome.This scheme demonstrates the advantage of excellent control performance, especially when the load of unit varies in a large range.
