摘    要:基于对燃烧火焰图像本质的分析,在沙角A电厂5号机上进行了三维可视化监测系统的硬、软件设计,得到了炉内实时三维温度场和总辐射能信号,通过与热工信号的相关性分析,提出彩炉量总钢射能参与协调控制的思想。

Abstract:sed on the analysis of combustion fame image essence, the hardware and software designs of 3-D visualized monitoring system were carried out for No.5 300 MW boiler in Shajiao A Power Plant, with the real-time 3-D temperature field and total radiation energy signals in furnace obtained. Through analyzing the relative thermal signals, a new coordinated control strategy idea with the participation of total radiation energy of furnace was put forward.
