| 摘 要： | 介绍国内现在运行的最大的循环流化床锅炉——HG-465／13．7-L．PM7型锅炉的结构和系统布置，着重对该炉烘炉、流化试验、冷渣器的冷态试验和运行中风量调整、风压控制、燃煤控制、污染物排放控制及冷渣器热态凋整作了介绍，分析该炉的调试、运行和燃烧调整等特点。通过调试和试运行，可看出该炉运行稳定，但还有许多设计和运行优化工作需进一步完善。

| Abstract: | e paper briefs the configuration and system layout of HG- 465/13.7-L.PM7 CFB boiler, the largest running one now in China; emphatically introduces the refractory curing, fluidization testing , cold testing of ash cooler, air adjustment and bed pressure control during operation , coal-burning control, pollutant emission control as well as hot adjustment of ash cooler ; and analyzes the testing, adjustment, operation and combustion adjustment etc. features of the boiler. The testing, adjustment and commissioning of the boiler prove that, the operation of boiler is stable, but the design and operation optimization need still to be further improved. |
