| 摘 要： | 提出了地调 Ｅ Ｍ Ｓ 无功电压运行质量评价的功能需求及相应算法。适当实施无功电压运行质量评价，可在补偿装置和调压手段一定的情况下，充分发挥设备潜力，提高母线电压合格率、功率因数，降低线损，延长电容器运行寿命。

| Abstract: | The paper presents the functional demand and
the as sociate algorithm for EMS reactive voltage operational quality assessment in a d
istrict dispatching center, implementing reactive voltage operational assessment
appropriately may fully exploite potential of power equipment when applying com pensation
and voltage regulation facilities, which may promote voltage quality, improve power
factor, reduce line losses and prolong capacitor's service life. |
