| 摘 要： | 通过对2002年全国供电用户可靠性、输变电设施可靠性、发电设备主机及辅机可靠性情况进行评价，分析电力规划、设计、制造、安装、调试及生产各个环节存在的薄弱环节，指出未来几年电力可靠性管理的主要任务和改进方向。

| Abstract: | Based on reliability assessment of customer service,transmission and distribution equipment,generation and auxiliary equip-ment,this paper analyzes the weak points existed in power planning,design,manufacture,installment,commissioning and other sections of production.It is also pointed out the main tasks and improvements of electric reliability management in the coming years. |
