基于功率传输路径方法的山东电网电压稳定性分析

摘    要:基于功率传输路径的分析方法,采用2006年典型运行方式数据进行了山东电网的电压稳定性研究。利用局部电压稳定性指标确定了系统电压稳定的薄弱区域,计算了负荷增长过程中西电东送和区域无功平衡关键路径的电压稳定性指标和关键发电机的无功储备指标,总结了影响系统电压稳定性的关键因素,电力系统安全评估软件(VSAT)的计算结果验证了该分析方法的有效性;对山东电网应用静止无功补偿器(SVC)提高电压稳定性的各种方案进行了对比分析,确定了最佳的配置地点。

Abstract:Voltage stability of Shandong power system was analyzed by power transmission path analysis based on typical data of 2006. Weak buses were decided by local voltage stability index. Key path voltage stability indices of power transfer from the west to the east and local reactive balancing were computed with load increasing. The reactive power reserve indicator was also calculated and key factors influencing voltage stability were summarized. Computation results of soft VAST prove the feasibility of the power transmission path analysis. The schemes to improve voltage stability of Shandong power system by SVC are compared and the optimal position is determined.
