| 摘 要： | 回顾了“十五”期间我国火电厂的发展情况、主要法规政策的出台情况及二氧化硫治理措施和效果。提出了火电厂安装烟气脱硫设施中存在的主要问题，重点对“十一五”期间现有火电厂二氧化硫治理的思路、目标、原则、方法、费用等提出了基本观点。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the development of thermal power plants, the introduced policies and regulations, the measures and effects of SO2 treatment during the 10th Five-Year Plan period. Major problems in the installation of FGD facilities were pointed out, based on this, the related ideas, objects, principle, method aud expense were proposed in detail. |
