200 MW汽轮机轴承故障的诊断与处理

摘    要:针对某台K-200-130-3型200MW汽轮机2号轴承故障问题进行了试验研究,结果表明引发故障的主要原因是高压缸喷嘴不对称进汽产生的横向剩余力。采取调整喷嘴配汽方式为对称进汽,彻底消除了该故障。

Abstract:The fault problem existing on No.2 bearing of one K-200-130-3 type 200 MW steam turbine was tested and studied, the result showed that the main cause of fault was the transverse residual force resulting from the unsymmetrical steam admission of high pressure cylinder nozzles. By adjusting the steam distribution mode of nozzles to achieve symmetrical steam admission, the fault was thoroughly eliminated.
