大型机组动静碰磨的振动特征及现场应急处理方法

摘    要:动静部件碰磨是大型机组现场常见故障。结合近年3台350-600MW机组在启动和工作转速时发生的典型动静碰磨,介绍故障简况、振动特征、分析判断过程和现场应急处理方法,为碰磨故障的准确分析、诊断和认定及现场采取的紧急处理措施提供参考。

Abstract:The rubbing between moving and stationary parts often occurs in the on-site large steam turbine-generator units.This paper,combining with the cases of typical rubbings occurring in the three350MW and600MW units during start-up and normal running at working speed in the recent years,briefs the fault conditions,vibration characteristics,analysis and diagnosis process and on-site emergency trouble-shooting method.These may afford the reference for the accurate analysis,diagnosis and identifieation of rubbing fault,as well as the emergency troubleshooting measures to be taken on-site.
