摘    要:介绍基于远程用电监测的电力用户需求侧管理支持系统设计。该系统以远程配变实时监测控制系列、实时抄收系列、故障诊断系列、无线数据通信系列现场终端以及集成上述所有功能的一体化终端为基础构建数据采集与负荷控制硬件平台,基于无线虚拟专用企业网技术构建通信平台,基于数据规划、数据库健壮设计及数据库中间件访问技术构建用电实时数据平台,可实现用电数据分析与负荷预测,与调度自动化系统整合,可实时优化供用电负荷控制。应用实践表明,系统非常成功。

Abstract:A power demand side management support system is briefly described. Based on the remote monitoring and control terminals,remote transcribers, remote fault diagnosis terminals and wireless data communication terminals, the system hardware platform is designed,and based on the wireless virtual private network, the system communication platform is developed. Through the platform, acquisition andtransmission of all power data are real time finished, and these are kept in data center for data sharing. The information support and aid deci-sion are provided, and load characteristic, load forecasting and load management can be processed through the system. The practice ofapplication demonstrates that the system is successful.
