| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces implementation of connection
cost and wheeling cost implemented in NGC of UK, presents the asociated definition and
cost distribution among power plants and supply companies in line with China speciality,
and analyzes the relationships between connection cost, wheeling cost and electricity
tariff. |
