摘    要:在考虑继电保护随机失效的情况下,提出并分析了继电保护随机失效指标和随机失效率。分析表明,随机失效指标可以通过指数函数描述继电保护的可靠性。在此基础上,根据继电保护系统的实际构成,修正完善了基于随机失效指标的继电保护可靠性模型,并确定了相关随机失效率参数的确定原则。另外,假设随机失效率为常数并与时间无关,构建了实用的继电保护随机失效可靠度函数,以及设备随机失效可靠度计算方法。该方法在重庆电力公司继电保护设备状态评价分析中得到了应用。应用效果表明,该方法能够在一定条件下计算出继电保护设备的随机失效可靠度,反映设备健康状况。

Abstract:This paper, in condition of considering random failure of the relay protection, describes and analyzes the random failure indicator and the random failure rate of relay protection. The analysis shows that the random failure indicator can describe the reliability of relay protection through the exponential function. According to the actual composition of the relay protection system, the relay protection reliability model is modified and improved based on random failure indicators, and the principles for determining the random failure rate parameters are determined. In addition, by assuming that the random failure rate is constant and independent of time, a practical relay protection random failure reliability function is constructed and a calculation method of random failure reliability of equipment is proposed. This method has been used in device status evaluation and analysis of relay protection in Chongqing electric power corporation. The application results show that this method can calculate the random failure probability of the relay protection equipment under certain conditions, and identify the equipment’s health status.
