摘    要:介绍:2003年上半年全国电网继电保护运行情况,通过大量的统计数据,给出全国电网及220kV、330kV.500kV各个不同电压等级系统的保护装置的正确动作率,并通过大量事故实1例,分析事敖对元件保护(100MW及以上发电机,220kV及以上变压器.母线、高压电抗器)及线路主保护(高频保护、距离保护、零序保护及线路重合闸)的影响及造成保护不正确动作的原因和责任分析,指出保护装置存在的主要问题,为科研制造、设计部门提供资料.为改进保护性能,完善保护功的能创造了条件。通过广泛的交流.吸取经验和教训.进一步提高电力系统继电保护的运行水平。

Abstract:This paper introduces the operational status of relay protection for China's power system in the first half of 2003. The statistical data indicates the rate of correct operation for nation-wide protective devices of 220 kV, 330 kV and 500 kV power systems. Through the plenty of fault examples, the effects of faults on element protection (generator on 100 MW and above, transformer, bus and high voltage reactor on 220 kV and above) and line main protection (high frequency protection, distance protection, zero sequence protection and line re-closure) and the responsibility and reasons of uncorrected operation of protection are analyzed. The existent major problems of protection device are pointed out, which create the conditions to offer the information for research, production and design to improve protection performance and protective functions. Through exchanging the experiences extensively, the power system protection operation can be further improved.
