引进型300MW汽轮机内缸法兰螺栓的有限元应力分析

摘    要:简要介绍用于内缸法兰螺栓应力分析的各种主要载荷及其确定方法,采用有限元法进一步建立起法兰螺栓系统的三维有限元模型。针对各种主要载衙(冷热紧固应力、汽轮机运行中的温度应力及汽缸蒸汽压力等)分别计算出缸体及紧固螺栓的整体与局部Mises等效应力分布,并从结构应力角度初步分析高压内缸法兰螺栓的断裂原因。

Abstract: this paper the main loads and their determination methods used in analyzing the stress of flange-bolts in the inner cylinder of imported type 300 MW steam turbine were briefed. The three-dimension finite element (FE) model of the flange-bolt system in the inner cylinder was further set up by using FE method. Both the whole and local Mises equivalent stress distribution in the cylinder and in the bolts were calculated respectively under the various main loading conditions including both the cold and hot tightening stresses, the temperature stress and steam pressure in the cylinder under the rating operation conditions of the steam turbine, etc. Finally some causes leading to the fracture of the flange-bolt in the inner cylinder were analyzed from the view point of structure stress.
