基于改进粒子群优化算法的风电场最大接入容量计算

摘    要:位于电网末端的大型风电场的接入极大地影响电力系统的安全,风电场最大接入容量研究成为风电场规划和运行的重要课题。根据静态安全约束和暂态稳定约束条件,提出一种基于粒子群优化算法的风电场最大接入容量的确定方法。通过改进粒子群优化算法,其全局搜索能力可进一步提高,并可避免陷入局部最优。通过在IEEE New England 39节点系统上的仿真计算,验证所提方法的有效性,同时还分析了其他影响风电场接入容量的因素。

Abstract:Large scale wind farms connected at the end of a power grid have great impacts on it.The analysis of maximum power injection of a wind farm is important in wind farm planning and operation.Based on the static security and transient stability constraints,a particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm was presented to determine the wind power penetration limit in a power system.The enhanced PSO algorithm can improve the global optimal search ability and avoid the local minimum trap.Simulation results on an IEEE ...
