| 摘 要： | 积极促进新能源发电,节约和代替部分化石能源,是优化能源结构、保护生态环境、促进经济与社会可持续发展的必然战略选择。对我国新能源发电在规划、审批、法规建设、产业基础、设备性能和建设运行水平等方面存在的主要问题进行了分析,相应提出了促进我国新能源发电健康有序发展的对策和措施建议。

| Abstract: | Actively promoting the use of new energy in power generation to save or even partly replace fossil energy is an inevitable strategic choice to realize energy structure optimization, environmental protection, and sustainable economic and social development in China. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in China′s new energy power generation industry in project planning, project approval, legislation building, industrial infrastructure, equipment performance, construction and operation level. Solutions and suggestions are presented accordingly for sound and orderly development of China′s new energy power generation industry. |
