循环流化床锅炉紧凑式分流回灰换热器的试验研究

摘    要:外置换热器是CFB(循环流化床)锅炉大型化的关键技术。为发展我国具有自主知识产权的大型CFB锅炉技术,针对国产200 MWCFB锅炉及大型化的需要,开发了一种新型外置换热器——紧凑式分流回灰换热器(CHE)专利技术,该换热器采用气动方式控制循环灰的分流量,同时兼有循环灰的冷却和回送功能,且为整体化结构。在一台4MW循环流化床热态试验台上对紧凑式分流回灰换热器的分流、调节、传热特性进行了系统的试验研究,并建立了传热计算模型,可用于实际锅炉的设计,为实现锅炉的模型化设计奠定了基础。研究结果可用于指导国产200MWCFB锅炉的设计。

Abstract:The external heat exchanger(EHE) is the key technology for large-scale CFB boilers.In order to develop the large CFB boiler technology with independent intellectual property rights and meet the need of home-made 200 MW CFB,an external compact splitting-type returning ash heat exchanger was developed.It is of integrated structure to control the circulating ash flow and realize the cooling and returning function.The CHE characteristic study was carried out on a 4 MW test bench for the splitting,regulating and heat transferring performance and a heat transfer calculation model was established for the practical design of boilers.The results provide a useful reference for the design of home-made 200 MW CFB boiler.
