| 摘 要： | 2003年以来,陕西汉江投资开发有限公司相继建设了汉江喜河和蜀河水电站,旬阳水电站的前期准备工程也于2007年5月2日进点开工,在汉江水电梯级项目连续开发的有利形势下,认真研究其项目建设的投资控制,具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The Xihe and Shuhe hydropower stations were developed by the Shaanxi Investment Co-Ltd of Hanjiang River since 2003, and then the preaclincal work was conducted for development of Xunyang hydropower. Under continuously development situation, to study the investment control is of important significance. |
