| 摘 要： | 采用微观经济学中的边际效用理论,根据实际工作情况建立电力行业违章和事故处罚模型,按照等边际法则对处罚模型进行分析,确定违章和事故处罚原则,提出将该原则应用于实际工作的建议。

| Abstract: | By use of the marginal utility theory in microeconomics,the penalty model for accidents and violation of rules in power industry is built according to actualities and analyzed as per equimarginal principle.The principle of penalty for accidents and violation of rules is determined.It is proposed that the principle be applied to practical work. |
