220kV闭式双回网络供电能力研究

摘    要:在电网规划阶段,一般采用对规划电网进行潮流计算的方式校核电网供电能力,该方法缺乏前瞻性,难以指导电网长远发展。闭式双回网络是国内大多数城市发展220 kV电网的主体电网结构,其精确的供电能力计算对网络参数要求较严苛,而在电网规划阶段难以准确全面获取。通过分析城市220 kV闭式双回网络的特点,基于工程上可接受的近似和假设,提出了对220 kV闭式双回网络供电能力进行评估的方法,能够有效且快速地对220 kV闭式双回网络的供电能力进行评估,进而把网络供电能力与变电站的规划建设规模相匹配。通过对典型220 kV闭式双回网络供电能力的评估,提出了与网络结构相匹配的变电站建设规模的建议,发挥电网的最大供电能力,提高电网建设的经济性。

Abstract:In the stage of power grid planning,it usually uses load flow calculation on planning power grid to check power supply capacity of the grid.But for lacking of foresight,this method is hard to guide long-term development of the power grid.Closed double loop network is the major structure of 220 kV power grid developed in most cities in domestic of which precise calculation on power supply capacity has strict requirement for network parameter which is hard to correctly get in the stage of power grid planning.By analyzing characteristic of 220 kV closed loop network and on the basis of acceptable similarity and supposition in engineering,this paper proposes a method for estimating power supply capacity of 220 kV closed loop network which is able to effectively and rapidly estimate power supply capacity of the network and match the power supply capacity with planning construction scale of the substation.Based on estimating power supply capacity of typical 220 kV closed loop network,this paper proposes suggestion for substation construction scale in order to develop maximum power supply capacity of the power grid and improve economy of grid construction.
