| 摘 要： | 阐述了我国风力发电产业发展的现状，从风电场建设和风电装备制造业方面指出存在的主要问题，提出通过发展智能电网技术，统筹规划风电场建设，建立完善的风能产业体系，降低风电成本，借助良好的政策环境，多元化应用风电，发展并网风电的同时发展非并网风电的应用，促进我国风电产业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | This paper describes thc development status quo of China＇s wind power industry, and points out the main problems in terms of wind farm construction and wind power equipment manufacturing. It is proposed that China＇s wind power industry be promoted by developing smart grid technology, bringing wind farm construction under unified planning, constructing sound wind energy industrial system, reducing wind power costs, finding diversified application of wind power with the aid of favorable policy environment, developing both grid-connected and non-grid-connected wind power application. |
