生物质锅炉过热器高温腐蚀研究

摘    要:通过在1台实际运行的生物质锅炉过热器管道处进行现场挂片试验,对常用过热器管道材料12Cr1MoVG和TP316L进行了腐蚀试验研究;利用扫描电镜SEM-EDS、X荧光光谱仪和X射线衍射对腐蚀产物和过热器表面积灰的微观形貌、元素含量和组分进行分析。试验表明,过热器管道上积灰比较严重,并且从管道的迎风面到背风面,积灰层的厚度逐渐增加;12Cr1MoVG的表层灰渣下有叶片状组织生成,而TP316L表层灰渣中出现了KCl晶体;灰渣层的主要成分为K2SO4。

Abstract:Corrosion behavior of 12CrlMoVG and TP316L were investigated by coupon test carried out at superheaters of a biomass boiler. The metal species were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer (SEM- EDS), X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and X-ray diffractometer to detect the appearance, the element contents and the composition of corrosion products and superheater surface deposition. The results showed that massive deposition was formed on the surface of the metal species. The thickness of deposition was increased from windward to leeward. Sheetlike framework was formed under the slag of 12Cr1MoVG while KCI appeared in the slag of TP316L. The composition of slag was mainly K2 SO4.
