风电功率预测系统测试平台的研究与应用

摘    要:为保证风电功率预测系统运行的可靠性以及预测结果的精确度,搭建了风电功率预测系统测试平台,测试平台主要包括对预测系统的功能、预测性能、稳定性、可靠性、易用性等多项测试的软件功能测试以及风电功率预测结果的准确性以及可靠性测试。运用该测试平台对某风电场预测系统进行测试,结果显示该系统风电功率短期和超短期预测结果的平均绝对误差、均方根误差、准确率以及合格率4项指标均满足要求,表明该测试平台能够对风电功率预测系统的各主要指标进行全面地评估。

Abstract:For ensuring reliability of wind power forecasting system operation and precision of forecasting result,testing platform for wind power forecasting system was established. The testing platform consisted of software testing for functions of the forecasting system,forecasting performance,stability,reliability and usability as well as testing for veracity and relia-bility of the forecasting results. Using this platform to test forecasting system of some wind power field,the result showed four index including average absolute error,mean square root error,accuracy rate and percent of pass f short-term and ultra-short-term forecasting results of wind power of this system were all meeting requirements which indicated that this testing platform was able to comprehensively evaluate various main index of the wind power forecasting system.
