摘    要:详细分析了边际成本法的定价理论基础,特有功实时电价的概念和计算方法推广到无功实时电价的计算中.为此,提出以电网运行成本最小为目标函数,建立含节点无功平衡约束的成本最小化模型,并通过IEEE14节点系统仿真计算来分析基于边际成本的无功定价方法.按用户实际消耗的无功电量计算无功电费并制定无功电价,可以合理地分摊系统的无功供...
