Abstract:MWI 225-17E9 insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) module is adopted to build active power filter(APF) mo-del for the sake of stability promotion.The model uses d-q method for harmonic inspection and enables the output current to get close to the sine wave by controlling harmonic current after comparison between harmonic current and compensating current of APF by control circuit.Simulink of MATLAB is used for simulation: the total harmonic distortion of load current is decreased from 23.83% to 3.57% and s...
