基于Web的广东省网关口电能计量装置监督管理系统

随着电力体制改革和电力市场化的深入，关口电能计量的监督与管理已成为电网公司的一个重要的课题，为此，开发了基于Web的省网关口电能计量装置监督管理系统。该系统采用分布式浏览器-服务器（B／S）与客户-服务器（C／S）结合的体系结构，应用了Web技术、数据库技术和中间件技术，具有Web模式下的数据实时采集处理、统计分析、信息查询与发布等功能，该系统能进行关口计量装置管理、标准装置管理、计量人员管理、计量器具校验管理、系统管理与维护和综合统计查询管理。实际应用表明：系统安全可靠，效率高，使用简单，扩展维护方便。

Web-based supervision and management system for gateway electric energy metering devices in Guangdong power grid

Along with the deepening of electric power organizational reform and electric power marketization,the supervision and management of gateway electric energy metering has become an important subject of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation.Accordingly,a Web-based supervision and management system for gateway electric energy metering devices in Guangdong power grid was developed by use of the techniques of Web,database and middleware.Adopting a structure integrating distributed browser-server(B/S) mode with client-server(C/S) mode,the system has functions of Web-based real-time data acquisition and processing,statistical analysis,information search and release,etc.,and is capable of undertaking management of gateway metering devices,standard devices,metering personnel,metering device verification,system and its maintenance,and comprehensive statistical query.Practical applications show that the system is safe,reliable,efficient,easy to use,and convenient to expand and maintain.
