摘    要:为提高气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear and controlgear,GIS)的出厂质量、安装质量和运行状态,从监造、安装调试、交接验收、运行维护、技术进步等方面提出提高GIS运行可靠性的措施,并应用于广东电网中。广东电网实施了提高GIS运行可靠性的措施后,发现多起GIS制造问题及运行中的绝缘缺陷,GIS重大(紧急)缺陷率下降,绝缘短路事故减少。应用效果表明,这些措施能实现对GIS质量的全过程管理,从源头上解决GIS故障多发的问题。

Abstract:For improving outgoing quality, installation quality and operational state of gas insulated metal encloses switch- gear, this paper proposes measures to improve operational reliability of GIS in aspects of engineer, installation commissio- ning, handing over acceptance, operational maintenance and technical advancement and applies in Guangdong power grid. After implementing the above measures in Guangdong power grid, it is found several GIS manufacturing problems and insu- lation defects in operation. In addition, significant and emergent defect rate of GIS decreases and short circuit insulation ac- cidents decline. Application effectiveness indicates that these measures are useful to realize overall process management for GIS quality from the source which is able to solve problems of multiple GIS faults.
