摘    要:提出了一种新型的非接触式电网过电压在线监测技术,其主要方法是利用非接触式电压传感器取代传统的电容分压器,在电力传输线下方设置导线感应出电压信号,再通过电压转换矩阵推算出系统电压值后,利用电磁暂态计算软件(alternative transients program,ATP)分别建立单相与三相模型进行仿真计算,每种模型又进行稳态与暂态两个过程。仿真结果表明,非接触式电压传感器可对系统电压实现精确测量,可以捕捉高频信号,测量精度较高,工作状态稳定,能满足线路内过电压的监测要求。

Abstract:A new on-line power grid overvoltage monitoring technique using contactless voltage sensor in stead of conventional capacitive divider is presented. Induction lines that are laid under the aerial conductor are used for getting induction voltage signal, and then the system voltage is calculated through voltage transformation matrix. Single-phase and three-phase models for simulation calculation are built by the alternative transients program (ATP), each model having stable and transient process. The result of simulation shows that the contactless voltage sensor can catch high-frequency signal, realize accurate measurement of system voltage, work stably and meet the requirements of overvoltage monitoring in power lines.
