9F级联合循环机组凝结水泵变频方案分析

摘    要:对9F级联合循环机组凝结水泵选择定速泵和变频泵的2种方案,从运行方式、经济性的角度进行了比较,给出等额年费用与天然气价、机组年平均负荷率的对应关系,分析了采用变频泵方案存在的问题,解释了目前未大量采用变频泵方案的原因。

Abstract:Comparison is made about the operating mode and economy efficiency of condensate pump between constant-speed scheme and frequency control scheme for 9F combined cycle unit. The curves of condensate pump mean annual cost to the price of natural gas and to the mean annual load rate of unit are established. The problems after adopting condensate pump with frequency control scheme are analyzed, and the reasons for mostly choosing constant-speed scheme at present are given.
