中日输电线路设计标准中有关导线布置的对比

摘    要:为了避免在参与国际市场竞争中因不同国家输电线路设计标准对导线布置要求不同而对我国电力企业线路设计、施工造成障碍,从水平线间距离、垂直线间距离和最小水平位移等方面对《110kV~750kV架空输电线路设计规范》(以下简称中国标准)与《日本架空送电线路绝缘设计纲要》(以下简称日本标准)中的导线布置进行对比,探讨2个标准在导线布置设计过程中的思路和取值。采用中、日标准分别进行水平线间距离算例分析,结果表明,在电压等级低时,中、日两国标准的设计参考值相差不大;电压等级较高时,日本标准比中国标准的设计参考值要大,且随着电压等级越高,该差值越大。

Abstract:There are various requirements on conductor configurations in design codes for transmission lines in different countries,which brings troubles to line design and construction in China in the process of implementing "outward-oriented" strategy and participating in international competition.Therefore,the paper compares conductor configuration in Design Code for 110 kV~750 kV Overhead Transmission Lines(hereinafter referred to as Chinese standard) with that in Outline for Insulation Design of Overhead Transmission Lines in Japan(hereinafter referred to as Japanese standard) in terms of horizontal line distance,vertical line distance and minimum horizontal displacement.The paper discusses ideas and value of two standards in conductor configuration and analyzes horizontal line distance by Chinese and Japanese standards.The result shows that in low voltage level,there is small difference between reference values of Chinese and Japanese standard;in high voltage level,reference value of Japanese standard is bigger than that of Chinese standard and the value difference is directly proportionally to voltage level.
