基于修正暂态能量函数裕度的紧急控制算法及其在广东电网的应用

摘    要:近年来随着安全稳定控制系统在电网紧急控制中发挥的作用越来越重要,快速评估、确定并优化电网紧急控制措施,对提高电网的安全运行水平、降低事故情况下系统的损失具有重大意义.为此,采用修正的暂态能量函数对电网进行安全分析,结合广东电网安全稳定控制系统的常规配置方案,针对电网暂态稳定的薄弱环节,提出了求取最优稳定控制措施的算法和流程.在广东电网的应用结果表明,该算法适合于制定大型网络的离线紧急控制决策,结果可靠,计算速度快,具有较高的理论价值和实用性.

Abstract:Today security and stability control system has been applied to power grid widely.Fast evaluating,confirming and optimizing emergency control method are of great importance to the improvement on power grid security and the loss reduction in case of faults.Therefore,correctional transient energy function(CTEF) is applied to safety analysis of power network.According to the conventional configuration of Guangdong security and stability control system and the weakness of powes grid transient stability,an algorithm and flow about searching optimum emergency control method is introduced.Application to Guangdong power grid shows that this algorithm is fit to establish off-line decision table of massive grid.It has reliable result and runs quickly.
