一起变压器油色谱数据异常的分析及处理

摘    要:汕头供电局一台主变压器油色谱分析结果表明,油中溶解气体组分含量异常,变压器内部存在潜伏性故障。对变压器进行诊断性试验,其中局部放电试验结果异常。对比局部放电试验前后的油色谱分析结果,并对变压器进行解体检查,发现故障是由于静电屏短路引起。针对故障原因修改了静电屏结构后,该变压器重新投入正常运行。

Abstract:The oil chromatographic analysis on a main transformer of Shantou Power Supply Bureau showed that the content of gas components dissolved in transformer oil was abnormal and there existed hidden trouble in the transformer. Diagnostic test on the transformer was made and the results of partial discharge (PD) test were abnormal. Upon comparison of the oil chromatographic analysis results before and after the PD test as well as strip inspection of the transformer, it was found that the fault was caused by shorted electrostatic shielding. The electrostatic shielding was restructured accordingly and the transformer worked normally thereafter.
