灵活交流输电技术在智能电网中的应用

摘    要:介绍了几种典型灵活交流输电系统(flexible AC transmision system,FACTS)控制器的的构造及其对电网的作用,具体阐述了FACTS技术在电力系统稳态和动态中的应用,即可进行快速、连续、灵活的无功补偿和无功优化管理,抑制低频振荡和次同步振荡,进行动态潮流控制及电压控制,提高电网的动态性能和稳定水平。说明了FACTS技术引入智能电网带来的益处,比较了FACTS控制器较传统方法的优越性在于更快的响应速度、频繁的控制及连续控制能力。最后指出FACTS技术支持建设自愈、互交、优化和兼容的智能电网。

Abstract:The configurations of several typical flexible AC transmission system(FACTS) controllers are described along with their roles to power grid.The application of FACTS technique to steady-state and dynamic operation of power system is expounded,which can realize fast,continuous and flexible reactive power compensation and reactive power optimization management,suppress low-frequency and subsynchronous oscillation,conduct dynamic flow control and voltage control,thus improving the dynamic and steady performance of power grid.The benefits of introducing FACTS technique into smart grid are illustrated.The comparison with conventional methods shows that FACTS controller is advantageous in fast response speed,frequent control and continuous control ability.It is finally indicated that FACTS technique supports the construction of self-healing,interactive,optimized and compatible smart grid.
