| Abstract: | Vulnerability of power grid is studied on the basis of complex network theory.Basic concept and development of complex network theory are introduced,relevancy between self-organized criticality of complex network theory and calamity accidents of power system is expounded,and cascading failure model is analyzed.On the basis of summarizing grid structure model and failure index model,application of complex network theory in network characterization analysis,cascading failure simulation and structural vulnerability is discussed.The trend for further development in this field is discussed in the end and it is suggested that traditional analysis be combined with complex network theory to establish model that is more favorable to operation of power grid. |
