| 摘 要： | 为保障“西电东送”政策的安全实施，制定了2008年度广东电网500kV主环网安全稳定控制方案。按照协调优化的原则，安全稳定控制方案除常规的切机组、切负荷外，还采取了快速切除元件、改变运行方式等新措施，兼顾了与南方电网安全稳定控制方案的协调，综合考虑了“N-2”故障下稳定控制措施与“N-1”控制原则、检修方式下运行方式的调整以及就地控制功能的协调。

| Abstract: | To secure the safe implementation of ＂West-to-East Electricity Transmission＂ policy, the security and stability control scheme of 2008 is established for 500 kV main ring network of Guangdong grid. Following the coordination and optimization rule, the scheme takes into consideration various control measures, which include unit tripping, load shedding, power equipment rapid tripping and operational mode adjustment. In the scheme, the control measures under N-2 contingencies are scheduled in coordination with the control strategy of N-1 contingency, the operational mode adjustment under maintenance mode as well as the local control functionality. |
