燃煤电厂混煤配煤方案研究

摘    要:基于全球性能源供应不足,众多国内火电厂已不止燃用单一煤种.不同煤种的煤质指标差距甚大,为此需将两种或两种以上的燃煤进行混合以提高锅炉效率.除炉内混烧外,更多的是在炉外混煤.由于煤种及场地条件的差异,采取的混煤设施及工艺流程亦不尽相同.

Abstract:Due to the global shortage of energy sources, many thermal power plants in China have to use multiple types of coal and blend them to improve boiler efficiency because of the considerable quality differences between diverse coal types. This paper introduces main coal blending facilities, and describes the coal blending scheme of Pinghai Power Plant in detail. It is concluded that a good coal blending system should be safe, simplified, compact, convenient and energy saving.
