摘    要:针对某电厂汽轮机在功率回路下进行单阀、顺序阀切换过程中遇到负荷及机组主要参数大幅波动而造成整个电网频率出现波动的事件,从逻辑结构、算法参数、阀门流量特性、功率回路结构等几方面分析与验证,对汽轮机调门流量特性进行优化,顺利完成机组单阀、顺序阀平稳切换,实现机组在多种控制方式下的安全经济运行,大大提高了电厂机组的经济性和快速性。

Abstract:Aiming at problem of power grid frequency fluctuation caused by substantial fluctuation of load and main parame-ters of the unit in progress of single valve and sequence valve switch with power circuit of the steam turbine in some power plant,this paper analyzes and verifies logic structure,algorithm parameters,valve flow characteristics and power circuit structure.Meanwhile,it proceeds optimization for valve flow characteristics of the steam turbine and finishes smooth switch of single valve and sequence valve.In addition,it realizes safe and economic operation of the unit with various control ways and greatly improve economy and rapidity of the unit.
